BUNNYKNICKERS
FAQ
Hello!
My name is Sam/Bunny.
I run a small business via social media taking commissions and selling prints.
I currrently attended local conventions as a part of the Artist Alley to sell prints, earrings, charms and other goods to lovely folks in person.
This online store is an alternative method for international (and local!) people to purchase those goods.
Q: Are you from the US?
A: No, I am from New Zealand. Born and raised; I live in the North Island.
Q: I have an issue with my order!
A: Please contact me on bunnyknickersart@gmail.com with your order number and any information you can provide (photos too if need be). I’m here to help!
Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet, what can I do?
A: Contact me as soon as you can - there isn’t much I can do once it has been shipped, but I can contact NZPost on your behalf if the order is courier.
Q: Why is my shipping estimate so expensive?
A: Due to my location, international shipping is generally pricy and has escalated significantly in the last few years. This is unfortunately out of my control.
I recommend that you use the LETTER SHIPPING option for flat items (prints, stickers or bookmarks!) for a cheaper rate. But be advised it has the nickname SNAIL MAIL for a reason!
Every precaution is taken so the goods arrive undamaged to you.
Q: Would you work for Bitcoin? Can I use your art for AI? Can I trace, redraw or use your art as reference?
A: I refuse to work for Bitcoin and until AI art is ethical & artists are paid for their work useage - NO.
Equally, please do not use my illustrations, sketches or roughs for your own use unless commissioned for a specific purpose. I have a 0 tolerance tracing policy unless asked prior.
Q: What program/setup do you use?
A: I use Procreate! I find it very effective and efficient. My current setup is an Ipad is a 2022 Pro, with the 2nd gen pencil.
Q: What Procreate brushes do you use?
A: I use an amalgam of my own, edited & freebies. My favourite of all time (currently) is the Stratmore 3.0 (created by GEORGVW on Deviantart). For my own-made brushes, I will probably not release them as they are fairly basic tweaks or textures.
Q: Where do you get your merch made?
A: This is a question I typically do not like to answer. Simply due to it being a tricky question to answer, as I seek a lot of different manufacturers.
